I am amazed at Ray and his team, they found several leak causes 10' from where it was coming into our building. Our building is finally leak free!

Ray spent about 30 mins inside my building, he explained that looking under the deck will let him track the current leak and also let him see where past leaks have also entered. He is very thorough, very professional, and didn't mind all my questions! He even let me on the roof to see what he found! It was several things and some that may also be future causes!
I highly recommend calling Ray if you have a roof leak!!!!

We've had several roofers come and fix several leaks that keep returning; none have been able to fix them! To make matters worst, some even charged us again and still the leaks would returns a few storms later.
Ray came out and found several pin holes and metal wall open creases that others didn't find; Ray repaired these and guaranteed that the areas are watertight and if the leaks returned, he'd be back to repair them without additional charges. The caviat is that he gave a 5' radius at each leak repair locations covered under the same warranty. Several storms have rolled through and NO LEAKS!
We highly recommend Ray and his company!

We have had leaks in the main lobby of our offices for over two years that no one has been able to stop; I've had several large roofing companies and one man shops do repairs, the leaks continued.....Ray was recommended to me by a friend who used his services; he and his crew stopped the leaks and they have not returned!!!!

Finally a roofer that stops leaks! I highly recommend Ray at Roof Leak SME, he is thorough and provides detailed pictures and explanation of his findings and repairs done; he even invited me to the roof to show me what he found before repairing the leak causes! Other roofer have never invited me! i am impressed and sold on Ray!

Two of my buildings have been leaking and no one seemed to be able to find the causes. Ray and his team found 8 things that were open to the interior of the roof, letting water into the offices below. Their repairs fixed these, it's rained several times and not a leak!

Ray swung by my office and made a quick intro and gave me his card. I am glad he did! It stormed a few days after he visited and my building sprung leaks the length of my show room! I called Ray at night; he and his team met me at my office during the storm and they temporarily stopped the leaks in the dark using flash lights and umbrellas!!! They came back the following days when the rains stopped and made the repairs permanent; we've not had a leak since!!!

Work was done quickly and with no disruption to our work. The workers were pleasant and clean and very friendly.
All take up material were removed and roof was left clean.

I found Roof Leak SME on the internet and had Ray and his team look at several buidlings I own. Ray walked me through all of their findings of what was causing the leaks and made recommendations to help stop the leaks. They applied the different patch things and sealants, and the leaks stopped. I will definitely be recommending Roof Leak SME to my friends that own commercail buildings!
